COVID-19 Update: Bremke Law

On July 31, 2020, the Ohio Supreme Court tolling order has expired with no extension. This means the deadlines that have previously been tolled are now no longer tolled.

We continue to practice COVID-19 safe practices at the office. We are using a sanitizer that has been placed on the list of the EPA’s approved list to combat the coronavirus. We continue to schedule meetings by videoconference, and phone conference. We also understand that not all meetings and court hearings can be conducted remotely and welcome you in our office.
